Candidates must meet the educational qualification, age limit, and experience requirements before applying.
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Manager Posts: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Finance): MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or MCA with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Law): Law Degree with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with COA registration and 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Operations): Science Graduate with MBA or B.E./B.Tech and 3 years of experience.
Junior Executive Posts: Relevant educational qualification as prescribed for each discipline. No work experience is required.
Age Limit
The age will be calculated as on 7 September 2026.
- Manager: Maximum 32 years
- Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years
Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per Government rules.
